These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the Fedora Games website. These conditions are exclusively valid for deliveries made in Switzerland.

2. Products and Pricing

Products offered for sale on our site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are exclusive of VAT. Delivery fees are calculated based on the order’s weight and added when you confirm your cart.

3. Order and Payment

Orders can be placed directly on our website. The only accepted payment method is bank transfer in advance. The necessary bank transfer information will be provided to you upon order confirmation. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively in Switzerland and France by post. Delivery fees are fixed at 9 CHF per order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability. Fedora Games disclaims all responsibility for delays attributable to Swiss Post.

5. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with Swiss law, defective or damaged products may be returned within 10 days of receipt. The customer must contact Fedora Games at the email address provided on the website to arrange the return. Returned products must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part.
