But watch out: here, the danger doesn’t just come from others. If three of your own luchadores line up, your team is immediately eliminated. It’s up to you to manipulate the ring with precision to trap your opponents… without falling into your own trap.
Between throws, events, and well-placed chair shots, every game is a blend of tension, strategy, and sudden twists.

Tic-tac-toe on adrenaline
Lucha Furia features a rotating ring divided into nine squares, immediately bringing to mind a tic-tac-toe grid… but here, everything is in motion. Every placement shifts the balance of the board, lines slide, and positions are constantly evolving.
The luchadores, split into distinct color teams, allow you to quickly read the situation and anticipate alignments. Event cards transform the ring at key moments, while Chair cards offer decisive interventions to influence the setup.
Simple in form but rich in possibilities, the game subverts the codes of the famous classic to create a dynamic, interactive, and strategic experience.
A simple yet formidable mechanic
Each turn, you bring a luchador into the ring from one of the three entrances. This action immediately triggers movement, as each entrance pushes an entire column of fighters. Very quickly, the ring fills up, reorganizes, and becomes unpredictable.
Every move can trigger an event, completely change the game's setup, or cause a sudden elimination. A single decision can be enough to turn the tide of the game... or eliminate you instantly.
A Rotating Ring
The Lucha Furia ring is far from static. It can pivot, completely disrupting all strategies put in place until then! Events sometimes cascade, creating situations as spectacular as they are uncontrollable.
In this constantly shifting environment, anticipation is key... but so is adaptability.
Event Cards
The ring's Event Cards set the pace for each game and transform every ring exit into a strategic opportunity. When a luchador is ejected, the effect activates immediately: ring rotation, return to the center, or being thrown into the ropes instantly reshuffles positions.
Everything is visible, nothing is left to chance. Each event can be anticipated, prepared for, and exploited to chain actions, force movements, or cause an elimination. When mastered, these cards allow you to take control of the ring and dictate the pace of the game.
Chairs Enter the Fray
When you eliminate an opponent, you gain a Chair card. These cards allow you to alter a situation at a key moment by pushing a luchador even before your normal action.
Used at the right time, they can turn the tide of a game. Used poorly... they can cost you the victory.
